Terms and Conditions of Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $1,500.00 USD must accompany all course applications for the Art of Colon Hydrotherapy.
A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 USD must accompany all course applications for the Mentorship program.
Outstanding course balance must be paid at least 14 days prior to course commencement.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
In the event of a student failing to attend the course for any reason (example personal problems, illness, change of mind) no refunds will be made and no automatic entitlement to later-date courses will be gained.
DISCOUNTED COURSES*, EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNTS*
and SPECIAL OFFERS* are Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable
There is no penalty for moving course dates for up to two months before the start date;
25%* penalty for moving course dates between two months and six weeks before the start date;
No transfers are allowed six weeks before the course, but you can suggest a substitute student for the course at any time. Your substitute will need to go through our interview process just as you did and will need to receive your manuals from you and put in pre-course mandatory study time.
~ Cancellations and Refunds ~ before the course
A 5%* fee applies to all cancellations/refunds for up to two months before the course.
A 50%* penalty applies to all cancellations/refunds for up to six weeks before the start of the course.
No refunds will be given thereafter.
Rules and Regulations

Paying for and / or attending a course does not guarantee a qualification (please be sure to check regulations with your governmental jurisdictions) or certificate of achievement. These are gained by successful completion of the course assignments, assessments and examinations. It is the decision of the awarding bodies to qualify a student.
Students must at all times maintain their own personal hygiene, as body contact on courses of this nature is essential.
Hair should be worn off the face and kept back neatly.
Nails should be short, clean and neat.
No jewelry is to be worn to be worn during practical classes.
No drinks or food to be consumed in the classrooms.
Mobile phones are not allowed in lessons.
Examination regulations state 100% of the course needs to be attended for the examination to take place.

Please Note:
Neither program offers any accomodations for lodging or transportation, and is up to the student to arrange prior to arival. Your welcome packet will contain many options for you to chose and arrange with your flights etc.

If we do not meet the minimum of 3 students, Wellness Institute of Digestive Health reserves the right to cancel a program no less than 30 days prior to program date and is held harmless. We would at that point offer the student the next upcoming dates to accommodate.

The Wellness Institute of Digestive Health, LLC will not be held responsible for any losses incurred through cancellation or postponement of any courses.
Wellness Institute of Digestive Health, LLC reserves the right to amend the syllabus without prior notice, but will every effort to update our website and print materials as quickly as possible.
